OILAND Resources
OILAND Resources, a core subsidiary of Petmal Oil Group, is a major contributor to the Group’s overall revenue, specializing in crude oil trading.
With a well-established global network, OILAND sources high-quality crude from leading oil-producing nations such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and Libya, supplying key markets across the Far East, including Singapore, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China.
In response to growing regional demand and the need for greater logistical efficiency, Petmal Oil Group, through OILAND Resources, is set to develop a state- of-the-art Integrated Oil Terminal in Southern Malaysia.
This facility will significantly enhance storage capacity, streamline distribution channels, and optimize lead times, reinforcing the Group’s ability to deliver petroleum products with greater speed and efficiency. The terminal will serve as a strategic hub, strengthening OILAND’s competitive edge in the Asia-Pacific energy market.

YBHG. DATO’ PADUKA LONG MOHD NOOR AFFENDI BIN LONG IBRAHIM, JP is our C`hief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Petmal Oil Holdings Group. He is a distinguished figure from Kelantan, East Malaysia, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New Zealand.
Petmal Oil is Malaysia’s first and only independent, privately owned, and licensed oil company.With a wealth of experience spanning multiple industries, Dato’ Paduka Long is recognized for his leadership across sectors far beyond oil and gas. His career includes significant roles in chambers of commerce, business councils, and political networks, garnering international recognition from regions including Europe, China, and Africa. His strategic vision and long-term outlook have positioned him as a key figure in Malaysia’s business and industrial landscape, with a track record of success dating back to the Tun Mahathir Mohammad era.
Having held leadership positions in multinational and local companies, both in Malaysia and abroad, He has driven successful business turnarounds and managed high-profile government projects. His expertise extends to developing sectoral blueprints, facilitating business matching, and structuring financing solutions through his vast global network.
His ventures also extend into hospitality, food services, financial services, and global insurance and reinsurance. He has served as the former Chairman of the Malaysia-Poland Business Council and was honoured with the title of Justice of the Peace by the Malaysian King.
